Purpose of this Resource
This MLTSS online resource was created to provide technical assistance to states as they consider or develop MLTSS programs. More specifically, the tool provides guidance for developing a full- or partial-risk capitated reimbursement program for Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS). Primary goals of the resource are to offer states guidance on relevant federal authorities and reference materials to support the program development process.
