Below are two examples of contract language, which highlight the wide spectrum of target populations that may be the focus of MLTSS programs.

• The first example is from a broadly targeted MLTSS program, Wisconsin Family Care, which enrolls adults of all ages, including those with physical, intellectual, and age-related disability.
  
  
• The second example is from a narrowly targeted MLTSS program, Pennsylvania Adult Community Autism Program, which enrolls adults with autism in three counties.
