Case Study 2: Provider Network

During a planning meeting with advocates, one of the participants asked Connie if the state was going to conduct a readiness review. Connie responded that they had done so when they implemented Health for All and were planning on doing it again before adding LTSS and Medicare services to the program. She mentioned the conversation to Tom, and she put him in touch with Alex, a Medicaid manager who had led the earlier reviews.
