Case Study 1: Provider Network

During a planning meeting with advocates, one of the participants asked James if he was going to conduct a readiness review. James responded that he was planning on it assuming they got to the implementation phase.

Coincidentally, Gloria who worked on the Healthy Families Program in the Managed Care Division was in a meeting with James’ boss, Marcia to resolve a network issue.

“Marcia suggested that I call you to see if you needed any help with network adequacy for the new MLTSS pilot,” she e-mailed to James.

“Let’s get together,” James replied, so they scheduled to meet over coffee later in the week.
